About the Bothy Cottage

Cosy, comfortable and practical, our Bothy is ideal for short breaks or as a great base for Scottish walking and mountain biking holidays. With zip-and-link beds, you can choose a twin or king set-up, and after a day outdoors you can look forward to a hot shower and a warm, relaxing space to unwind.

The Bothy is a popular “wee” retreat with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus a washing machine for added convenience. It’s perfectly placed for biking at Glentress and Innerleithen and has secure bike storage with drying facilities as well as CCTV. We are also well placed for walkers, golfers and sightseers exploring the Scottish Borders.

With easy access to Peebles, Innerleithen and Melrose, and a bus route with links towards Edinburgh, the Bothy is a favourite with returning guests — especially our many mountain bikers visiting the local trails and golf courses.

Farmhouse had everything you would need including microwave and washing machine. Nice outdoor area too. Secure bike shed. 1.2 mile's from Peebles main street.
